OUR HISTORY

We Resolve is a company belonging to Grupo El Fuerte, forming part of one of its range of business areas.

In 2008, at an annual convention of Heads of Department, a proposal was launched that we could form a comprehensive hotel maintenance company, which would carry out the maintenance of the group’s hotels and in turn attract new external clients by offering an impressive wealth of experience in the sector.

In 2009 this project was launched and it was officially formalised in January 2010, when the company was created with the company name Fuertemant SL trading under the name We Resolve.

Once the company was created, it took over responsibilities for the integral maintenance of the Grupo el Fuerte hotels, taking over all the facilities and the respective contracts that linked them with companies and external suppliers.

We Resolve takes under its wing hotel maintenance staff teams, training courses are created in all areas and the necessary modifications are made to carry out the project with the best guarantees and customer satisfaction in mind at all times.

Once the company was formed and contracts were signed with the group’s hotels, a fresh client / supplier relationship was established without taking into account the relationships that united us in the first place, making sure that maintenance and conservation of facilities is always more efficient, without any link to other areas.

LANDMARK DATES

2010
We Resolve is created
2011
The first We Resolve contracts are signed with the Confortel de Andalucía and Badajoz hotels, the Marbella Fishermen's Association and the Parroquia de la Encarnación Parish.
2012
We Resolve already has 12 new contracts, notably the Confortel de Andalucía and Badajoz, Abba Granada, MA Nazaríes and Villa Oniria hotels. For this, the technical staff grew from 50 workers to 95 workers at the end of 2012.
The We Resolve delegation in Jamaica is inaugurated, signing a comprehensive maintenance contract with the Hotel Braco Resort, to manage the maintenance of the hotel and a team of 85 technicians.
2014
We Resolve is consolidating in Andalusia with a client portfolio that amounts to a total of 25 clients. To highlight the maintenance contract with all Iberostar hotels in Andalusia. Similarly, the Jamaican division signs contracts with five hotel chains, AM Resorts, Iberostar, Fiesta Palladium, Bahía Príncipe and Hyatt.
2015
We Resolve is awarded ISO 9001 and 14001 quality and environmental certifications.
2016
The Madrid Division is launched with the signing of three contracts with the Holiday Inn Tres Cantos, T3 Tirol and Hotel Dome hotels.
2017
We created the Balearic Islands Division, located in Palma de Mallorca, signing contracts with Iberostar Hotels and providing services to other clients such as the Santa Ponsa Club.
2018
We Resolve invests in improvements to operational and organisational processes, enhancing and updating the management program system to include the latest technology.
2019
We launched the Ibiza Division. Our turnover has tripled, we've grown to include 89 customers and our team has grown to include 250 employees.
